ShoreBound is operated by Shore Bound Ltd., registered in England and Wales. By using ShoreBound you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

ShoreBound provides cruise port guides, AI-assisted day planning, and itinerary tools for cruise passengers. The service is provided “as is” and is currently in early access (beta).

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Accuracy of information

Port listings, opening hours, prices, and transport information are provided for guidance only. Shore Bound Ltd. makes no warranty that this information is accurate, complete, or up to date. Always verify critical details (such as ship All Aboard times) directly with your cruise line. Shore Bound Ltd. accepts no liability for missed sailings or losses arising from reliance on information provided by the service.

5. AI-generated content

Some content and itinerary suggestions are generated using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain errors. You should exercise your own judgement before acting on any AI-generated suggestion.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software on ShoreBound are owned by Shore Bound Ltd. or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shore Bound Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
